Assessment in ENG 102/ENG 108 First Year Composition

Introduction
To fulfill the fundamental purpose of improving student learning, assessment in ENG102 / ESL 108 First Year Composition is conducted on a department-wide basis, utilizing both
direct measures of student learning, and indirect measures of student learning.

District wide course competencies for ENG 102 and ENG 108 have been adopted.
