CREATE YOUR SITE

The best way to learn how to create a Web site is on the Web itself. Many web sites contain tutorials and instructions on how to create web pages. Some web resources for GCC web writers are the GCC Web Developer Resources and Writing on the Web.  Campus hardware is available for checkout.  Digital cameras and camcorders are reserved and checked out from the Innovation Center.  Scanners are available in the TED Center (HT2-139) and the HT1 and HT2 pits.

Graphics and color add to the message conveyed by a web page. However, not every web writer is a graphic designer.  Many copyright-free graphics are available on the web.
