clockBecause web pages can be revised and changed quickly, the content  is easily updated to provide current information.  For example, class offerings and course requirements are timely and can be updated as the need arises without costly printing and distribution as in the traditional print format. Keep in mind that someone needs to make regular updates to the Web pages if they are to be current and timely.  Maintenance of Web sites is an ongoing task and responsibility that requires a significant amount of time and expertise.
