Strategies: keep it simple
Strategies
to make it easier to read and respond to emails
-
Forward
your email to one account
-
It is time consuming
and confusing to read and maintain more than one email account, but many
people find it necessary to keep separate email addresses for business,
family, and other purposes. Don't cancel these accounts, but arrange to
forward email from various addresses to one email address
that you read daily. This way you won't need to login to every account
each day, but you will be able to read and respond to all your mail by
accessing just one account.
Directions
