Email Strategies: keep it simple
Strategies to make it easier to read and respond to emails
Forward your email to one account
It is time consuming and confusing to read and maintain more than one email account, but many people find it necessary to keep separate email addresses for business, family, and other purposes. Don't cancel these accounts, but arrange to forward email from various addresses to one email address that you read daily. This way you won't need to login to every account each day, but you will be able to read and respond to all your mail by accessing just one account.
Read email from any web browser on any computer
You can login to your email account-- and read and write emails-- from any internet-connected computer using Netscape or Internet Explorer --even on a friend's computer or while on vacation at an internet cafe!  Simply type one of these URL's into the Location box at the top of the browser window and touch the Enter key.

Fill in your username and password to access your account.
