Local Libraries
Your current GCC ID, along with some other identification, will allow you to check out materials at the Glendale city libraries.  Interlibrary loan programs make it possible for libraries to get books for you that they might not have--if you have a card for that library.  Any of the community college libraries can bring in books from their sister college libraries.  City libraries can bring in books from city libraries all over the country.  And ASU West's library can get books from ASU's Hayden Library. Find the addresses and the telephone numbers of libraries near you, call for their hours, and go visit them!
