Students MUST
start their online class during the 1st week of the
semester. Students will be
dropped as a no show if they fail to contact their instructor by the end
of the first week of the semester.

Email your
instructor and introduce yourself [view
instructor's email addresses]. Request a
Palette username and directions to
access the course materials and/or website. Your instructor
will reply by email with your Palette username and directions to
access the course materials.

To activate your
Instructional eGCC Account and your student email, you must fill
in and submit this
form to
create a new password. Your
initial password is your social security number (or your student ID
number, if different).

Your instructor
will communicate with you through your
eGCC
student email. If you wish to use another
email program of your choice, then you must forward
your student email to your preferred email
account [instructions
to forward eGCC email].

Access your class
at the class web address provided by your
instructor and follow any individualized
instructions there.

Blackboard, the login address is
http://ecourses.maricopa.edu/webapps/login/
Select Glendale Community College and follow the login prompts.
Blackboard uses an Enterprise ID (username) and password.
Click on New User at the Blackboard login screen to find your
Enterprise ID and password.
Students who
do not complete the activities above
before the end of the first week may be withdrawn from the online course
(view
course
calendars).
