If you’ve created a folder using slashes or periods, Netscape usually won’t let you delete the folder using Netscape.Netscape also won’t allow you to delete a Template folder.The best work-around is to use WebExpress to delete folders you can’t delete using Netscape.

1.Log into WebExpress at http://gcmail.maricopa.edu

2.Choose the icon on the left for Preferences.

3.Select Folders from the buttons at the top.

4.Select Templates in the Delete Folder list.

5.Click on the Delete button.
 

The folder has now been deleted.It’s a good idea to get in the habit of clicking on the Save Changes button when you’re in WebExpress preferences (even though it doesn’t have any effect for deleting folders.)

1.Click on the Save Changes button.

2.Click on the Log out icon at the left.
