Directories and Address Books
You can look up the e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers of most GCC employees on the Employee Directory web site at http://www.gc.maricopa.edu/index/directory.cfm. This interface can look up only those employees with MEMO accounts, i.e. in the standard directory system for the Maricopa Community Colleges.The directory web site filters out non-human listings (service accounts) so that you won't pull up the many training, testing, and temporary accounts in the system.

The Office of Information Technology (Network Services) department also publishes a directory interface at http://oit.gc.maricopa.edu/ (see the Dial box in the upper right of their home page), which gives you more flexibility for looking up college service accounts and distribution lists.
Address Books
Upon setting up a MEMO and/or Student Mail account (see College Resources > Technology Needs > Establishing an E-mail Account) you may wish to use Address Book functions, as part of your e-mail program, to look up other employees and service entities on the MEMO system or to find Student Mail addresses in the GCC Students directory.
