No discussion with the instructor is required to accompany completion of Homework #6. You may submit the assignment in person, or via email. The survey will be compiled anonymously. However, I will need your name in the email subject line so that I can mark you down as having completed the assignment. If you hand it in in person, you should not have your name on the survey, but it should be on some other accompanying piece of paper (which I will pitch after recording your having completed the assignment).

If you would prefer NOT to do the survey, which is NOT REQUIRED, you may complete the following as an alternate assignment for HW #1. It IS REQUIRED that you complete EITHER one OR the other of these two choices to get credit for HW#1.
