Extension Request CIS118AB, CIS118BB

The following conditions MUST be meet in order for you to have your end date extended.  You are permitted ONLY ONE extension of 8 weeks (school weeks when classes are in session) past your present end date.
  1. Completed the minimum amount of work as required for your specific course.
    • CIS118AB - Project 1, Project 2, Quiz 1 and Quiz 2
    • CIS118BB - Project 1, Project 2, Quiz 1 and Quiz 2

  2. Click on the "Extension Request" button. This will create a message for you to use to send in your extension request. It should already have the subject line filled in. DO NOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS OR THE SUBJECT LINE. Enter the following as the message text:
    • Your first name
    • Your last name
    • Your correct course name (i.e. cis118AB)
    • Your correct section number

    Click here to e-mail your extension request.

    If the above button does not create an email message, then you can send your question in an email to cis133@acad.gccaz.edu with the subject line of "CIS118 Extension" You must include your first and lLast names along with your course (CIS118AB or CIS118BB) and your section number.
