What is CIS105?

CIS105 is an introductory course to the field of Computer Information Systems. The materials present an overview of computer information systems and fundamental computer concepts. In addition to a text-book presentation of the discipline, students will receive hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and the Internet.

Will CIS105 transfer?

Historically, CIS105 has transfered to ASU, ASU West, University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University. As a matter of interest to current or future ASU or ASU West students, CIS105 transfers as "CIS200" with "N3" credit. It is therefore applicable to most majors.
