2010-2011 MS Outlook Course (in BlackBoard):
MS Outlook is one of the premier Personal Information Manager programs used in the business world today; this software application includes 6 components - E-mail, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, Calendar, and a Journal. GCC's MS Outlook classes have been designed to meet the majority of the Microsoft Office Specialist Outlook 2007 Certification requirements. Each class also satisfies Maricopa Community College District competencies. The BPC106BH 2007 course covers these topics:
E-mail:
Advanced
message options, voting, security, locating messages, processing messages
with rules, organizing with categories, data files, etc.
Contacts:
eBusiness
cards, importing and exporting contacts, organizing and finding contacts,
etc.
Calendar: Planning
and managing meetings, customizing
calendar, sharing calendar, viewing others users' calendars, etc.
Tasks: Assigning
and responding to task requests to/from others, etc.
