Design for TASK

In this project you will take the supplied
Entity Relationship model and create the table needed to implement this
model into a database design.
Step 1 - Examination of the Logical
Model
Examine the Entity Relationship Model
that is given out in class along with this project. It can also be
retrieved from and opened in Word by click on Click

Use this model to:

Identify the required Entities.

Determine the Attributes for each Entity.

Designate each Entity's Primary Key.
-
Decide upon the correct placement of Foreign
Keys.

Choose Arc Options.
-
Deal with Supertypes and Subtypes.
Step 2 - Create the Individual Table Charts
Based upon what you determined in Step
1, correctly and completely fill in table charts for each entity.
Use the Table Charts supplied in class. Be sure to supply 5 sample
data records in each Table Chart. Your charts must be neat and readable.
You may not need to use all of the columns on the chart.
