Instructor
This course involves an analysis of individual and group motivation, leadership, communications, and other human factors. Also examined are cultural differences that may create conflict and affect morale individually and within organizations. This is a very interactive class.

Prerequisites: None. 
MGT101 or MGT175 or MGT229 suggested, but not required.
