General Business
Associate in Applied Science (AAS) / 64 credits
General Business graduates may find employment in retail store management, public service, management of distribution warehouses, service management, etc. Employment involves assigned duties under close supervision of experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Indications are that employment potential through the year 2000 for this occupation will be good.
Program Description: This program is designed for students who plan to attend college for two years, or wish to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science degree at ASU west campus.
Note: Students should seek the help of a Business Department advisor in preparing for an initial position in some field of business. Required courses may not be available every semester or year. Due to limited course offerings, degree seeking students may find it necessary to extend completion time lines and attend both day and evening classes.
