Student Goals: General Education
Geography courses focus on the interrelationships between the earth and the humans who live on it. Cultural geography (GCU) courses describe and analyze geographical variations in relation to social, economic, and political phenomena. Physical geography (GPH) courses examine the relationships among the geographically variable components of the earth and their relation to the environmental problems facing contemporary society. All of these courses transfer to state universities. Students take these courses:
