Eligibility

The Children’s Center is a service for registered students who have children between the ages of three through five years.  Registered students who are the parents or legal guardians are given priority.  If space is available, staff and faculty members may use the Center, provided their child meets the eligibility criteria.
 

Registration

Registration sign-up will begin one month prior to the end of the Fall and Spring semesters.  A sign-up for registration appointments will be posted in the Center.  Appointments will be scheduled during finals week.  Call the Center at 623.845.3197 for exact dates and times.
 

• Limited space makes it important to schedule an appointment as early as possible.
• If the requested  times are unavailable, the child’s name may be placed on a waiting list.
• The waiting list is updated throughout the semester; parents will be contacted if requested times become available.
• Waiting lists begin at the time of registration, and are not carried over to the next semester.
• Children currently enrolled have registration priority for the upcoming semester.
• Student-parents must bring a copy of their class schedule, and the child’s immunization records to the registration appointment.
