OCCURRENCE - In narrow veinlets in an altered copper bearing porphyritic granodiorite. ASSOCIATED MINERALS - Aurichalcite, Shattuckite, Ajoite, Barite, Quartz. MINERAL NAME - Named after the Papago Indians who inhabited the area around Ajo, Arizona |
