CRYSTAL GROWTH AND HABITS Vanadinite forms well developed hexagonal
prisms that are terminated in flat (pinacoidal) faces.
COLOR AND OTHER OPTICAL PROPERTIES Vanadinite is red, orange, deep
red, brownish to yellow. It is translucent.
