Fire Science Technology Registration and Application Forms

The following documents are in PDF format, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader to open. If Adobe Acrobat Reader is not already installed on your computer, you may download it for free from the Adobe web site.

• Fire Academy Application (201 KB)  Fire Academy Applications will not be accepted until July 1st 2008. They must be brought to Sommer Pahl @11550 West Glendale Avenue.

   All orientations, practice tests and CPAT test will be held at the new Public Safety Training Center located at 11550 West Glendale Avenue.

Registration for each CPAT class will close on the MONDAY prior to the test date by 4 PM. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

To register, you must fill out paperwork in the 04 faculty building on the North side of the GCC campus. For questions regarding the CPAT, please contact Monte Egherman @ 623-845-3441 or Sommer Pahl @ 623-772-7131.
