Testing Options:

• Test & Retake Voucher ($75): This option entitles you to take a certification exam. However, if you do not pass the exam, and need to try again, you can retake the exam once, after you receive a new test "voucher code" by email (usually within 48 hours). Important! If you pass your exam on the first try, the retake is no longer valid - and cannot be used for other tests (so the extra $15 is non-refundable, since GCC must also pay extra for this retake bundle).

• Use of Testing Room ($10): This option applies ONLY to guests who have purchased a testing voucher elsewhere. It helps GCC cover personnel time, room use, etc.

How To Sign Up For Exams At GCC:

1. Schedule a test appointment by calling GCC's Computer Testing Room Coordinator:
   • Phone: 623-845-3267
   • Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 10am-8pm
     
2. After scheduling a time, pay for your test (in person) at GCC's Cashier's Office:
   • Location: Enrollment Center Building
   • Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am-7:30pm and Friday, 9am-4:30pm
   • Phone: 623.845.3589
     
   • Payment Type: Please tell the Cashier you need an order form and receipt for a "Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Test."
   • Forms of Payment: Check, Cash, or Credit Card
   • Costs: $75 for exam & retake option; $10 use of testing room.
     
3. Take your receipt and 2 forms of ID (one must be a picture ID) to the HT1 Testing Room a few minutes before your test appointment!
   • Location: High Tech 1, Room 143
