2003-04 Budget Development

 

 

GCC budget decisions were based on reallocating current available funds and expected FTSE incentive of $900,000 (very conservative estimate).  One third of this $900K was held for contingency (continued state budget cuts).

$50,000           M&O – for temporary wages

$9706              President’s Office – temporary wages for receptionist

$8627              Procurement Office – temporary wages for clerical help

 

One Time operational allocations:

The committee will allocate up to $100,000 for spring 2003 purchase of non-capital items, using the prioritized requests spreadsheet. 

 

Capital Allocations:

The committee will allocate up to $250,000 for capital equipment requests.
