The Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) measures the current state of GCC through the perspective of students. The SSI is designed to measure students' satisfaction with GCC, and ratings are based on students' first-hand experiences. GCC students rated each item (e.g. "The campus is safe and secure for all students") on the SSI for importance and satisfaction. The difference between these two ratings is the performance gap. All ratings are on a one to seven scale, with seven being highest. |
