Admission to academic studies requires a TOEFL score. This requirement may be waived if your native language is English. Have your sponsor complete the statement of financial support (located on the reverse side of the form) with at least $17,300 per year. Please include a bank statement showing that the sponsor has sufficient funds on deposit. See estimated expenses (reverse side) for details. While all efforts have been made to present complete and accurate information, changes in tuition and fees, course fees, student services, nonresident tuition, etc., may be made without notice.

Students Under 18 Years Old

Glendale Community College recommends that students who are under the age of 18 (minors) have a guardian in the United States. In the event of personal emergency, accident, illness, incarceration, etc., the State of Arizona will require the signature of a guardian before assistance such as hospitalization, legal counsel, etc., can be offered. Glendale Community College is not permitted to act in the place of the parent or guardian.
