Law Enforcement Training Academy

Fall Classes

First Day of the Academy:  First Sunday in August

 

Class days and times:

 

            New cadets:

                        Wednesday and Thursday nights 6:30PM - 10:30PM

                        Sundays 6:30AM - 5:00PM

                        There will also be 7 Saturdays from 8:00AM - 5:00PM

 

            Returning cadets:

                        Monday and Tuesday nights 6:30PM - 10:30PM

                        Sundays 6:30AM - 5:00PM

                        No Saturdays

 

First day activities: (New Cadets)

 

  • You will attend an Orientation session on the Thursday prior to the start of the academy. Specific date, time and location will be provided before the start of the academy.
  • Report at 9:00AM to the Glendale Regional Public Training Center, 11550 W. Glendale, Ave. Class will be until 6:00PM
  • You will need the original AzPOST Form AA signed by your agency representative, an ink pen and paper for taking notes.
  • You will be registered in the class, take a vocabulary and reading comprehension test, review the Rules and Regulations, meet your Class Advisor and Recruit Training Officers and have a class on the History of Law Enforcement

11550 W. Glendale Avenue, Glendale AZ. 2 miles west of the Loop 101 )
