Taught by a leading negotiations expert, this course gives the 911 operator the tools needed to defuse and cope with a barricaded situation until other units take over the scene.

Class format: One day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Costs: 1/2 credit hour. There is also a $15 registration fee if you are not currently enrolled at GCC.
