| Program Description: This program provides the first two years of music
required for a Bachelor degree in Music Education, Theory, Composition, Jazz, Music Therapy, and Performance.
Students who major in music at Glendale Community College should follow the
curricula as outlined. Various universities and colleges, however, demand specific subjects for degree requirements.
Students planning to transfer or continue their work at other institutions should consult their catalog and select courses accordingly.
Every music major is required to participate in a music performance
group each semester with credit. |
