| Program Description: This program prepares the student for employment as a general office secretary in a business office environment. Skill development includes keyboarding and microcomputer application skills, filing, machine transcription, electronic and traditional mailing methods, and telephone system skills. Techniques for effective office communication and finding and keeping the perfect employee are part of the program. |
