Recruit Firefighters Certificate
30 credits

This certificate is designed for students intending to apply for an entry-level firefighter position. Courses introduce students to the roles and functions of public and private fire departments and career opportunities. Topics include hazardous materials, emergency medical techniques, and physical fitness. Speaking, writing, and math skills are also stressed.
