This course prepares students to gain information access skills for print and electronic resources. Use of libraries and their structure, tools and staff to identify, locate, evaluate and make effective and ethical use of information. The course is designed to emphasize critical thinking skills. The class is taught online and open-entry/self-paced. However, students will need to physically access an academic library or media center for one assignment. |
