• Adjunct Faculty Newsletter

  The newsletter (formerly called Postcards from the Adjunct) posted via mail and on the Web "every so often" by the Adjunct Faculty Association President, especially to help keep part-time instructors informed and involved. Last issue: December 2006. Adjunct Faculty: In the Loop also posts news occasionally; it was last updated April 2007.

• Administrative Services Newsletter

  News and information of timely interest to employees of GCC (and to let them know what Administrative Services is about), published occasionally in print and online beginning Spring 2005. Last issue: March 2007.

• Catalog/Student Handbook

  All contents of the current GCC General Catalog/Student Handbook, as published in print form, are available for download (by section) in PDF format and in a new web-based format. Latest issue online: 2007-2008.

• Class Schedule

  The print format published by Enrollment Services for every semester integrates information posted on separate web sites for Enrollment Information, eCourses, the Campus Map, Financial Aid, Final Exam Schedules, and other areas of Student Services. Current schedules through Fall 2007 (updated frequently).

• Construction Updates

  Reviews and announcements of construction and renovation projects on campus, posted by GCC Administration via e-mail and archived on the web site. Last issue: October 2006. Note similar information -- including recent renovations such as the Student Union -- posted under Master Planning Updates.

• Faculty and Staff Handbook

  An online reference published by Enrollment Services to provide all GCC employees with information about policies, procedures, services and activities. Normally updated on an annual basis. Last issue: 2006-2007 (updated January 2007).

• Gaucho Gazette

  The GCC employee newsletter produced for the Web by College Advancement Services (Marketing/Public Relations). Last issue: April 2007 (updated frequently).

• Master Planning Updates

  Progress reports and announcements relating to the GCC Master Plan, addressing the development and growth of the campus in the decades to come, posted by GCC Administration. Last issue: March 2007.

• News Service

  Press releases posted frequently to the Web and e-mailed by College Advancement Services (Marketing/Public Relations). There is also a Spanish version of the web site. Last issue: April 2007 (updated frequently).

• Planning for the Future

  A review of planning and construction proposals related to the November 2004 Bond election, as presented by College Advancement Services (Marketing/Public Relations). Last issue: May 2005; updated March 2006.

• President's Newsletter

  The College President's periodic sharing of announcements, news, kudos, and other communications relevant to GCC employees and the community, in e-mail form and on the Web. Last issue: January 2007.

• Strategic Plan 2005-2008

  A 96-page PDF document (2.8 MB) outlining strategic directions and strategic goals planned by GCC administrators, faculty and staff to support the vision and mission of the college. Related documents and progress reports also may be found on the Self Study and NCA Visit web site. Last issue: March 2005.

• The Traveler

  The arts and literature magazine showcasing the work of GCC students, published annually in print and on the Web. Beginning with the 2005 edition, the magazine was linked to the site as a PDF file, showing the pages just as they were published in print form. Editions from earlier years, archived on the web site, are in HTML format. Last issue: May 2006.

• The Voice

  The GCC student newspaper, published bi-weekly during the fall and spring semesters in print and on the Web. The staff acquired its own web domain (http://www.gccvoice.com) at the end of the Spring 2005 semester, while older issues may still be found archived on the GCC server at http://www.gc.maricopa.edu/voiceonline.
