DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCTION PROGRAM

We proudly offer a two-year Associate in Arts and Sciences that gives students the opportunity to study and produce Digital Media Productions from concept to finished production.  Many of our students have found work here in the valley as well as around the country. You will also have the skills to make Independent Films, Commercials and Documentaries
 

Students in the program can examine all major production areas: script writing, photography, audio, lighting, directing and editing.  The finished productions will serve as students' portfolios and demo reels.
These courses are designed for students seeking careers in production.   Our courses train students in studio and field television production techniques.   As well as teach the students AVID video editing software and endeavor to immerse our students in all of the career possibilities in this fascinating field of study.

Our Associate in Applied Science program is designed to provide students with marketable skills in media/video production.  It provides a detailed understanding of video equipment, operation, an overall knowledge of media/video production techniques, terminology, directing and production experience and a basic knowledge of professional television studio operation and desktop media production workstations.
