What is The Strongest Link? The event of WebDev 2001 was linked in place and time with November's Technology Dialogue Day. This year's theme of The Strongest Link highlighted the "feedback loop" of the Internet -- both in the way that it may strengthen the connection between the broadcasters and receivers of information in the classroom, and in the way that it can bridge communication and teamwork within our organization. Along the way, attendees were offered exciting new ideas -- from using new technologies to engage students in the classroom, to applying the most efficient techniques to maintain a department web site. For residential faculty, this event was pre-approved for five clock hours toward non-academic advancement credit. All employee groups were encouraged to attend.
