WUP Process in Brief

• An employee submits a workstation upgrade request
• A technician contacts the requester and obtains additional information (if needed)
• Training and Employee Development (TED) evaluates employee's potential training needs
• A workstation is individually configured for the employee based on their needs
• Possible individual training program recommended based on the TED assessment
• Appointment is made with the employee to deliver and install their workstation
• Final adjustments are made to new machine for the employee
